Founder & Principal Consultant

He is a high-impact Customer Experience (CX) executive and cross-departmental leader with over two decades of strategic excellence in the telecommunications industry. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of YCX Consulting Group, he leverages a fortified background in operational execution and strategic planning to drive first-in-class results for large-scale telecommunications providers and residential communities.

Throughout his career, Danny has specialized in the bulk residential segment, including Homeowners Associations (HOA), Condo Associations (COA), and Multi-Dwelling Units (MDU). He is recognized for his ability to bridge the gap between technical operations and community-based account management, customer experience and sales, ensuring that business objectives are exceeded while delivering a superior end-user, customer, experience.
